About Me
Authenticity is at the heart of my practice. I believe in showing up as my true self, wholeheartedly, and I encourage my clients to do the same. Often drawing on my own experiences with the joys and challenges of relationships, parenting, and professional life, I aim to foster meaningful and relevant connections.
I strive to help clients identify their needs and desires for their personal journeys and relationships, then collaborate with them to build a plan to achieve those goals. This ensures that the therapeutic objectives are always yours. Creating a safe space where clients feel free to express themselves without fear of judgment is paramount. Thus, I encourage the use of each individual client’s preferred terminology when discussing their lived experiences, relationships, family systems, and sexuality.
